The author
Urban Bettag
Founder and Director of Urbanite Consulting, and an enterprise and solution architect with more than twenty years leading technology transformation across energy, utilities, financial services and the not-for-profit sector. He has led transformation architecture end to end for a commercial energy supplier and, currently, a global standards body, including a 32-country SAP S/4HANA rollout.
